Til Gud Ladoo
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan on high flame. Reduce the flame to low and add the white sesame seeds. Dry roast on low flame, stirring continuously, until golden in color. Remove from pan and set it aside to cool completely. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the roasted sesame seeds to add to the mixture.
* Step 3
Heat the same pan on high flame. Reduce the flame to low and add the peanuts. Dry roast on low flame, stirring continuously, until golden in color. Remove from pan and set it aside to cool completely. When cool, peel the skin and crush it coarsely and set it aside.
* Step 5
Assemble the required ingredients. Grate or chop the Jaggery.
* Step 6
In a mixer jar, add the roasted sesame seeds, grated jaggery, green cardamom powder and ghee and pulse it until semi coarse. Transfer the semi ground mixture in a large mixing bowl.
* Step 8
To it, add the roasted and crushed peanuts, reserved roasted sesame seeds and mix it until well combined. Check if it binds.
* Step 9
Grease hands with ghee. Take a small portion of the mixture and form into small ladoos.
* Step 10
Soft and Delicious Til Gud Ladoos are ready. Enjoy!!
