Mayo-Schezwan-Potato Toasted Sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a non-stick pan. Spread butter over the pan and toast the steamed potato slices on both sides until golden in color.
* Step 2
Cut away the edges of the bread slices from all four sides. In a similar way, toast the bread slices, with or without butter. Toast one side until golden brown and the other side lightly.
* Step 3
Spread sriracha mayo on both the slices.
* Step 4
Spread schezwan chutney/sauce on both the slices.
* Step 5
Now layer one slice of the bread with the toasted potato slices. Put an extra layer, if you are a potato lover.
* Step 6
Over the potatoes, sprinkle black pepper powder, mexican seasoning and salt.
* Step 7
Cover with the other bread slice. Cut into desired shape and enjoy.
* Step 8
Delicious Mayo-Schezwan-Potato Toasted Sandwich is ready. Serve it with red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup or any sauce or chutney of your choice.
