Spring Onion-Sesame-Oat Crackers

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a mixing bowl add flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, finely chopped spring onions and sesame seeds and mix it well.
* Step 3
Add butter and blend it with the dry ingredients.
* Step 4
Next add milk, a tablespoon at a time, and knead to form a dough. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes.
* Step 5
After the resting time, once again knead the dough. Divide it into four portions.
* Step 6
Roll each portion into thin sheets. Cut into desired shape with cookie or pizza cutter or knife. Pre-heat the oven to 160•C. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and prick the crackers with a fork. Bake at 160•C for 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
* Step 8
The dough can be rolled with or without parchment paper.
* Step 9
Before baking, spread some butter and sprinkle salt and sesame seeds on the crackers.
* Step 12
