Lemon Garlic King Fish Cakes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, marinate the fish with turmeric powder, fish masala, salt, lemon juice. Fry the fish. Clean the fish by getting rid of the skin and bones. Shred it and add it to a large mixing bowl. You can use canned fish or boiled fish.
* Step 2
To it add grated ginger and garlic, finely chopped onions, salt, black pepper powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, breadcrumbs, veg mayonnaise, egg, Four Pepper Go cheese spread, italian seasoning and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it until well combined.
* Step 8
See below how to give the mixture heart shaped patties. Coat it lightly with the breadcrumbs.
* Step 10
Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
* Step 11
Crispy and Delicious Lemon Garlic King Fish Cakes/Patties are ready to serve. Enjoy!!

These cakes taste best with a creamy sauce. (Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper powder and very little hot sauce).
