Sev Tamatar Ki Sabji
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, chop three tomatoes and blend three tomatoes and keep it aside. Also keep a bowl of besan sev ready.
* Step 2
Now to make the sev tamatar ki sabji, heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle. Add cumin seeds and allow it to sizzle for few seconds. Next add the chopped green chillies and asafoetida and give a quick saute. Then add the turmeric powder and mix it well. Now add the chopped tomatoes and salt and mix it well. Cover and cook on slow-medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Then add the blended tomatoes and mix it well. Again cover and quick for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add the red chilli powder and coriander-cumin powder and mix it well. Cover and cook till oil appears at the surface. At this stage, add the besan sev and garam masala and mix it well. Add water and mix it well. Add sugar and again cover and cook till oil appears at the surface. Switch off the flame. Sev tamatar ki sabji is ready.
* Step 4
Serve this Delicious Dhaba Style Sev Tamatar Ki Sabji with roti, paratha or pooris.
