Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a small bowl add soy sauce, red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce. Mix it well and keep it aside.
* Step 2
Next to make the egg scramble: In a small bowl, break the eggs. To it, add salt, crushed black pepper and the chopped green part of spring onions. Mix until well combined.
* Step 3
Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. When the butter melts, pour in the egg mixture.
* Step 4
Stir fry and Scramble it well. Remove from the pan and transfer it in a plate and set it aside.
* Step 5
Cook the rice and set it aside.
* Step 6
Heat a non-stick pan/wok/kadai. Add oil and butter. When the butter melts, add in the broken red chillies, chopped garlic and green chillies and saute it lightly.
* Step 7
Add the chopped white part of spring onions and saute it for a minute.
* Step 8
Next add the green peas and saute till half cooked. Then add the sliced carrot and green bell pepper and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then add the salt and black pepper powder.
* Step 9
Mix it well and stir fry for a minute.
* Step 10
Now add the cooked rice and mix it well.
* Step 11
Next add the prepared sauce mix and saute for 2 minutes. I added a little more of the red chilli sauce for more spice. You can skip it.
* Step 12
Add the prepared egg scramble and saute for a minute. Garnish with the chopped green part of spring onions. Mix it well and it is ready to serve.
* Step 13
Healthy and Tasty Chinese Egg Fried Rice is ready. Serve it alone or with any Chinese starter as an accompaniment and Enjoy!!
