Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the skin and chop the ginger roughly. Then crush the ginger in a hand mortar and pestle.
* Step 2
In a tea making vessel, add water. To it, add the crushed ginger and crushed cardamoms and allow it to boil for sometime.
* Step 3
Add the ginger powder and cardamom powder and let it continue to boil.
* Step 4
Next add the tea powder and boil for few minutes but not too long.
* Step 5
Next add the organic sugar. Give a quick stir for the sugar to dissolve.
* Step 6
Then pour in the milk. Once it starts to boil and you get the required tea strongness and color, switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Filter using a tea strainer. Ginger Cardamom Tea is ready. Enjoy it hot with your favorite snack.
