Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the potatoes. Peel off the skin. Cut into large cubes. Add it to an electric chopper. Remove the outer layer of onion. Wash and chop it into large cubes. Add it to the chopper along with the potatoes and let it chop finely. Pour this mixture into a strainer and squeeze the liquid out completely. Discard the liquid.

Add this mixture to a bowl. To it add eggs, flour, pepper powder and salt and mix well.

Heat oil in a cooking pan. When the oil is hot, pour a spoonful of the batter and fry on both sides till golden brown in colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
