Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, besides the fish, add all the ingredients and mix well. Coat the fish pieces with the masala. Set aside 60 minutes to marinate. You can also marinate it for few hours or overnight.
* Step 2
Preheat the tandoor for one minute. Open the lid and carefully drizzle mustard oil. When it starts to smoke, gently place the marinated fish pieces on to it. Do not close the lid.
* Step 3
Grill till the underside is golden. Flip and cook till the other side is equally cooked and golden. Serve immediately.
