Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut boiled potato into small cubes.Set aside.Add boiled chola or black (kala) chana in a mixing bowl.Add cucumber, cubed potato, onion, tomato and chopped green chilli.Add tamarind chutney or paste, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder.Mix all well.

Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle lemon juice.Garnish with sev or papdi, chaat masala, lemon wedges, and sprinkle chopped coriander.Serve immediately and relish a quick,nutritious and flavourful brunch, evening snack or side dish.
