Muskmelon is one of the popular fruits available during the hot summer season. This pulpy fruit is not only packed with nutrition but keeps you hydrated.
Apart from the fleshy part, the seeds have immense health benefits and aids in weightloss as well. Here is a delicious and nutritious recipe of muskmelon seeds.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut muskmelon into halves.Peel the outer skin. Scoop out the fibrous seeds pulp. Add 5-6 pieces of cubed muskmelon, sugar and milk to the scooped out seeds.
* Step 2
Grind it well in a mixer jar.Take a strainer and strain the thick liquid.Discard the residue and transfer the liquid in the mixer jar.Add 4-5 ice cubes and churn till frothy.
* Step 3
Divide the smoothie in 2 serving glasses. Garnish with few small cubed muskmelon and ice cubes.Serve chilled.
