Chicken Tawa Kabab is a flavourful non-veg starter . Succulent chicken mince is mixed with spices and crispy fried on the outside while it is soft inside.It is a quick snack recipe which can be enjoyed with a cup of tea or as an appetizer at parties .Serve this delicious snack with coriander mint chutney,tomato ketchup or a flavourful cucumber kimchi salad.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cube the chicken and grind to a paste in a mixer grinder.Add vinegar,ginger garlic paste while grinding.Make fresh breadcrumbs by grinding 2 slices bread.Take a bowl and pour the ground chicken paste in it.Add 1/2 tsp salt and let the chicken marinate for half hour with the blended ginger garlic paste and vinegar.After half hour,add all the ingredients except oil and mix into chicken paste so that the flavours get infused in it.
* Step 2
Chop finely red and green chillies.Mix breadcrumbs, black salt,red and green chillies,capsicum till all ingredients are well combined in the paste.Add gramflour,red chilli powder,coriander and cumin powder,garam masala,ghee or oil and mix again.
* Step 3
Form into balls from the dough and flatten into round patties. Refrigerate for an hour before frying the kababs.Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the kababs flipping in between till golden brown on both sides.Serve hot as a teatime snack or appetizer with any dips of choice or with a flavourful cucumber kimchi salad.
