Homemade Chicken Salami

This is a healthy homemade version of Chicken Salami.Chicken is first made into a paste and adding spices makes it flavourful. It is then wrapped tightly in aluminum foil ensuring that both ends are secured and air tight.It is then boiled,cooled and cut into desired thickness.Chicken Salami can be used as a stuffing for sandwiches with salads,as a topping for pizza, rolled in flat breads or make it a bit spicy by pan frying with chilli, garlic,onion and bell peppers and spices.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a paste of boneless chicken cubes in a mixer grinder.Add 2-3 spoons water while grinding to get a smooth paste.Add ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes,chopped coriander,black pepper powder and salt to taste.
* Step 2
Mash all and make a smooth lump.Divide the lump into 2 portions.Cut aluminum foil into desired size and place a lump giving it a cylindrical shape.Roll the sheet tightly around the lump and twist both ends tightly.
* Step 3
Boil water in a wok.Immerse the chicken cylinders in the boiling water.Cover and boil in high flame for 10 minutes.Lower flame and boil in medium flame for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.After that open foil and slice into desired thickness.Store in ziplock bags in the freezer compartment. These salamis are totally oil free and can be enjoyed with dips or in sandwiches or to make it a bit spicy can be pan fried and tossed in sauces with onion and other spices.
