Dragon Chicken is an appetizing Indo-Chinese recipe where chicken breast is cut into strips marinated and fried and tossed in sauces.It has a tangy taste and fried cashewnuts and sesame seeds adds a crunch to this delicious recipe which can be served as a starter or as a side dish with fried rice or chowmein.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour with vinegar,little salt,ginger garlic paste,,black pepper powder and 1 egg.Later add cornflour, maida,soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce,food colour(optional) and mix well.
* Step 2
Heat oil and fry the chicken strips in medium flame.Strain and remove excess oil.In 1 tbsp oil fry cashewnuts and dry red chillies. minced garlic.
* Step 3
Add grated ginger,sliced onion,and fry lightly.Add cashewnuts and dry red chillies and toss.Now add sliced green and red bell peppers,tomato sauce,red chilli sauce and salt to taste.Add chopped spring onion,ajinomoto or chicken seasoning cube and toss all.
* Step 4
The consistency of gravy should be semi dry to thick.Add the remaining marinade and toss.If the consistency is very dry,few spoons of water maybe drizzled.
* Step 5
Garnish by sprinkling chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.Serve hot delicious spicy Dragon Chicken as a side dish or with Fried Rice or Mixed Veg Chowmein in dinner.
