Broiled Eggplant with Yoghurt
One of the easy and delicious MEZE (Turkish side dishes) for your tables. You can eat with meals as a salad or something. Enjoy!!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the eggplants on fire if that’s available for you or cook them in the oven on max heat until the skin is burned and crispy and the eggplant itself soft and juicy.
* Step 2
Mix with yoghurt, garlic, olive oil and salt.
* Step 3
Garnish with more olive oil, hot chili flakes and dried mint.
