Chickpea salad is protein rich and very healthy snack.It can be served as a starter, brunch or packed in tiffin and very easy to make.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chole overnight.Boil chole with little salt and baking soda.Strain chole in a strainer so that there is no water in it.Mix chopped vegetables and onion.Add chaat masala,black pepper powder, lemon juice and chopped coriander and toss all.Serve as a filling healthy protein packed tiffin or simply as a starter or brunch.It may be served warm or cold.
