Stuffed paneer pakora

These batter fried pakoras are delicious and can be served as starters or snacks with tea or drinks.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a block of paneer. Slice into 11/2" strips and then cut into 2 pieces.Slit from middle keeping the end intact.
* Step 2
Grind to a fine paste coriander,mint,little salt and a small green chilli adding lemon juice and little water.
* Step 3
Stuff this inside paneer. Make a batter of gram flour, cornflour, ajwain,little warm refined oil, salt,turmeric,chopped green chilli and baking soda with little water.Whisk thoroughly so that no lumps are formed.
* Step 4
Dip the stuffed pakoras and fry in medium flame.Sprinkle chaat masala.Serve hot and crispy pakoras with hot and sweet tomato ketchup.
