Grilled Caprese Sandwich
Caprese sandwich is classic Italian vegetarian sandwich made from pesto sauce, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, balsamic glaze, seasoned with fresh ground pepper and salt.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut tomatoes and fresh mozzarella into thick slices.
* Step 2
Spread pesto on all four slices of bread.
* Step 3
Now will work on one sandwich and will repeat same steps for second one.
* Step 4
Arrange sliced tomatoes on one slice of bread, season with ground black pepper and salt to taste.
* Step 5
Next arrange a layer of fresh mozzarella and drizzle some glazed balsamic.
* Step 6
Next add a layer of fresh basil and arugula leaves.
* Step 7
Drizzle some more glazed balsamic.
* Step 8
Lastly place the second slice of bread on top.
* Step 9
Now heat panini grill or grill pan. Butter the outside of the sandwich flipping carefully. Grill until crisp and golden.
