2 Ingredient Magical Detox Spice Water
This is a wonder concoction made with coriander seeds & cinnamon which I try to have on an empty stomach in the mornings or sometimes when I feel bloated after a heavy lunch meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep the water to boil, add the coriander seeds and cinnamon stick. Bring it to a boil
* Step 2
Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
* Step 3
Strain. Don't discard the strained spices, dry them out and use for cooking.
Try and drink it hot, just as you would sip your tea. You can add a dash of honey if you wish.
