Broccoli fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add oil when it is hot add mustard seeds, urad dal and cumin seeds.
* Step 2
When they start spluttering add chilli and onion, add a little salt, turmeric and saute it well.
* Step 3
Now add the chopped and washed broccoli and fry in high heat for 2 mins and cook them by covering in a low heat for 5 mins.
* Step 4
Now open the lid add cumin powder and give it a stir and turn off the stove
* Step 5
Easy and health broccoli stir fry in ready to it.
* Step 6
You can eat it as a side dish also, I had it mixing with hot steamed rice.
