Coconut hung curd sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one bowl add hung curd grated coconut coriander leaves,green chilli and salt in it.
* Step 2
Mix all ingredients properly.
* Step 3
Take a slice of bread and cut all corners of bread and spread paste on it cover it with another slice of bread.
* Step 4
Take a non stick tawa put 1 tsp oil for tadka add mustard seeds and curry leaves when it heat up slow the flame of gas and put sandwich on it.
* Step 5
And bake it golden brown at both sides of bread.
* Step 6
Serve it with tomato sauce
