Strawberry almond cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c. Whisk together the butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy. And then beat the eggs one at a time. Fold in the ground almond and flour and transfer to the lined baking tin
* Step 2
Cover the top with sliced strawberries,then transfer to the oven and baked for 25-30 minutes,until golden brown and cooked through
* Step 3
Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely,
* Step 4
Dust over the icing sugar if u preferred
