Shrimp Ankake Donburi(with zucchini and potatoes)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In large deep skillet over medium high heat add oil,garlic,ginger, and cook 1 minute until become fragnant
* Step 2
Add onion and cook for about 3 minute
* Step 3
Add potatoes and cook for 4 minutes, stirring often to prevent ingredients from burning
* Step 4
Add zucchini and shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often
* Step 5
Add spinach,dashi broth,soy sauce,sugar,sake,Mirin and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until the potatoes are tender
* Step 6
Add mixture of potato starch with water and stir well until the sauce thickens
* Step 7
Turn off the heat and serve on top of rice with white pepper.enjoy it
