Pizza Toast
Plain toast is so boring, lets make breakfast time fun & interesting!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all the dried spices and mix them together. You can store the remaining mix for later use in any airtight container.
* Step 2
Butter bread on both sides. Toast it on one side. I use a gas broiler for this.
* Step 3
Turn soft side up, cover with onion and capsicum. Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Put it back in broiler for 30 sec on Low heat to soften veggies.
* Step 4
Sprinkle spice mix and cover with shredded cheese. Put it back in broiler for 1 min on mid heat.
* Step 5
Take out of the broiler, sprinkle some spice mix. Cut in the desired shape or serve as is it.
