Grilled Sweet Potato
Sweet potatoes are versatile, filling and packed with goodness. This is a simple recipe. Make it for short eats or kids snack!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and peel sweet potatoes. Slice it lengthwise with 1 inch thickness. Coat it with Olive oil. Cook it on gas or coal griller on both sides. I used the the griller on my stove.
* Step 2
Finely chop coriander. Add Lemon zest, salt, Lemon juice and Olive oil to it. If you like spicy food add green chilli. Mix well.
* Step 3
Garnish grilled sweet potato with coriander sauce, lemon wedge, coriander leaves and serve hot.
