Finger millet (Ragi/ Nachani) porridge

Finger millet is a wonder grain and power house of nutrients. It has a high calcium and Iron content and it is Gluten free. That makes it suitable for GFCF diet as well. I introduced it my son when he was 6 months old, this is his favorite breakfast. I prep a big batch of finger millet flour and use it as and when needed.

Melt Ghee/ butter in a pan and add millet flour to it. Stir continuously do not let it stick to pan or burn. Roast till it turns brown in color and ghee/butter starts to separate from edges.
