Pan Grilled Eggplants
#week3of5 - For all the Eggplant lovers, here is a quick, simple and a healthy version of pan grilled eggplants, marinated in sesame oil. They can be made in a jiffy and relished along with some toppings for a fun filled snack. It can also be served as an appetizer with some green chutney.

5-7 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, combine sesame oil, salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.
* Step 2
Marinate the eggplants in it for an hour.
* Step 3
Heat a grill pan and place the marinated eggplants in batches and fry on
a low flame for 2-3 minutes on one side or till it is brown in colour.
* Step 4
Then gently flip it over and roast the other side too, till done.
* Step 5
Relish along with some toppings for a fun filled snack. It can also be served as an appetizer with some green chutney.
