#cookpadindiaturns2 - How about serving ice cream in a kulfi mould? So this is an instant version of kulfi made from some leftover ice cream and some chopped nuts to add some crunch. I had some strawberry, chocolate and mango flavours which I incorporated to make this yummy homemade kulfi. This quick fix dessert comes in handy during any celebration or for parties when you run out of time.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the flavoured ice creams along with half of the chopped nuts. Fill the kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
* Step 2
At the time of serving, dip the moulds in water for some time and then garnish with the remaining nuts. Enjoy this innovative Ice Cream Kulfi as and when desired.
