Veggie Salad with Salmon

#Healthysalads - A healthy salad with Salmon fish fry makes for a nutritious light meal.

Ingredient

salt

1/2 tsp.

pepper powder

1 tsp.

olive oil

1 tsp.

lemon juice

1 tsp.

butter

slices

cucumber

leaves

lettuce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate the fish fillet with salt, lemon juice, pepper powder and olive oil for an hour. Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the fillet till golden brown on both sides.

* Step 2

Serve along with the salad of bell peppers, onion, lettuce, cucumber and bean sprouts.
