Ingredient

1/4 cup

diced onion

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Scatter tots on baking pan and bake per instructions on package. Meanwhile….Brown turkey with onion until onion is translucent and all pink is gone from the meat

* Step 2

Strain water from green beans, stir into meat until well distributed.

* Step 3

Stir in soup.

* Step 4

Serve in skillet with tots on the side or move meat to serving bowl and arrange tots over top and serve

Ingredient

2/3 (3 ounce)

can real bacon bits

* Step 1

Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green onions, Cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.

I saw this on TT years ago, I made it for a party and forgot to share the recipe (but I took pictures). I recently thought about it again & I went to look it up and couldn’t find the video..here goes to my memory!

Cook sausage over a skillet until brown, drain grease

Arrange the rest of the ingredients like so and place on a grill, cook until cheese is melted & stir, let stay on the grill a few more minutes.

I substituted the cracker with stovetop stuffing. We used to eat this with crushed butter crackers, like 6 cups full. Wanted to try out stuffing.

Ingredient

1-1/2 cups

diced onions

1-1/2 cups

diced celery

1 stick

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice the onion and celery melt the butter in a pot and add in the celery and onion. Salt the aubergines and allow them to pull the bitter liquid out of them. Drain the aubergines and rinse. Add the aubergines to the celery and onion and simmer for 20 minutes covered. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

Add the milk Parmesan, and ricotta cheese. Mix well and simmer gently.

When it's really simmering we'll add the stuffing mix. Mix it well enuff that there isn't any dry stuffing mix not wet. Cook 7 minutes. Add the cheese and crushed crackers on top. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

My wife loves Queso and tortillas. We have tried different recipes but finally settled on making our own. This is where we are currently.

Ingredient

2 Tablespoons

Unsalted Butter

2 Tablespoons

Corn Starch

1 Cup

Water

1 Tablespoon

Cilantro

1 Teaspoon

Cumin

1/4 Teaspoon

Onion Powder

1/4 Teaspoon

Garlic Powder

1/4 Teaspoon

Kosher Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook onions, jalapeño, and garlic with butter, in skillet on medium heat, until soft.

* Step 2

Add pickled Serrano peppers (if using) and tomatoes, to the skillet. Cook until tomatoes begin to break down, about 3 more minutes.

* Step 3

In a medium bowl, add the corn starch to the evaporated milk, and whisk until dissolved. Whisk in the water and add to the skillet. Stir mixture until it begins to thicken.

* Step 4

Add in the cheese and stir until completely melted.

* Step 5

Stir in the cumin, onion powder, pepper, salt, green chilies, and cilantro. Cover and simmer for five minutes.

* Step 6

Serve or transfer to a small slow-cooker for serving later.
