* Step 1

Firstly dry roast 1 cup rolled oats. take unflavoured oats as we are adding spices. roast until the oats turn crisp. cool the oats completely and blend to a fine powder without adding any water.

Transfer the powdered oats into a large mixing bowl. also, add 2 tbsp rava for binding. now add ¼ cup curd and 1 cup water.

Whisk and mix make smooth lump free batter. additionally, add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp ginger paste, 2 chilli, ½ tsp crushed cumin.

Also add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato and ½ tsp salt. mix well forming thick flowing consistency chilla batter.

Further, pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot tawa and spread gently. pour ½ tsp of olive oil over chilla. cover and allow cooking on a medium flame for a minute.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp rava, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp oil. crumble and mix well making sure the flour is moist.

* Step 2

Now add water and knead the dough.

* Step 3

Knead the dough tight adding water as required.

* Step 4

Now pinch a large ball size dough and roll to form a log.

* Step 5

Cut into pieces and roll them to small balls.

* Step 6

Place the balls into a small bowl and 1 tsp oil. grease the ball to prevent from drying. now take a ball and roll using a rolling pin.

* Step 7

Roll to slightly thick thickness. drop the rolled dough into the hot oil.

* Step 8

Press until the puri puffs up and splash oil to puff up fully.

Flip over and fry until it turns golden brown.

Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil. add 4 potato and mix well making sure the oil is coated well.

Make sure to cut the aloo on equal sizes and rinse well.

Stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame. spread the aloo over the kadai making sure the base is roasted well.

Once the base turns golden brown, give a stir.

Fry on medium flame until the aloo turns golden brown and crisp.

Now add ¾ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt. mix well.

Finally, enjoy crispy aloo fry with poori, hot steamed rice or as a side dish with rasam.

For atta ka halwa:-

Firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 cup ghee. add in 1 cup wheat flour and mix well without forming any lumps.

Roast on low to medium flame stirring continuously.

After 14 minutes, the mixture will start to turn golden and aromatic.

Slowly after 20 minutes, the mixture will turn dark golden brown indicating wheat flour has cooked completely. keep aside.

Now in a saucepan take 1 cup sugar and 3 cup water. stir well-dissolving sugar and boil for 2 minutes. no need to get thread consistency sugar syrup.

Pour the hot boiling sugar syrup over wheat mixture stirring continuously. be careful as the mixture will splutter. keep stirring continuously, till the wheat flour will absorb all the water.

* Step 25

Continue to cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously without forming lumps.

Now add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.

* Step 27

Finally, serve atte ka halwa hot or warm. Ready to serve Navami Bhog Prasad 🙏🌹

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1¾ cup wheat flour and 2 tbsp rava.

Also add 1 tsp fennel, ½ tsp cardamom powder, 3 tbsp dry coconut and mix well.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tbsp Rava, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp oil. crumble and mix well making sure the flour is moist.

Now add water and knead the dough.

Knead the dough tight adding water as required.

Now pinch a large ball-size dough and roll it to form a log.

For Aloo bhaji (sabji) 😋:- firstly, take 3 cubed potato into the pressure cooker.

Add 1½ cup water, ½ tsp salt, and pressure cook for 4 whistles. keep aside.

Now in a large Kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, 2 dried red chili, pinch thing, and a few curry leaves.

Splutter the tempering. add 1-inch ginger, 2 chilies, 1 onion, and saute until onions change colour slightly.

* Step 17

Further add ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp salt and saute for a minute.

* Step 18

Add pressure-cooked aloo and mix well adjusting consistency as required.

* Step 19

Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until flavours are absorbed.

Now add 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp coriander and mix well.

Finally, enjoy aloo bhaji with hot and puffy poori.

Firstly, in a large bowl soak ½ cup poha in enough water for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Drain off the water and blend to smooth paste.

* Step 3

Transfer the poha paste to a large bowl.

* Step 4

Add ½ cup rava, ½ cup water, ½ cup curd, and ½ tsp salt.

* Step 5

Mix well making sure everything is well combined.

* Step 6

Rest for 20 minutes making sure the rava is soaked well.

* Step 7

Prepare the toppings by taking ½ onion, paneer, beetroot, 2 tbsp coriander and ¼ tsp salt.

* Step 8

Mix well making sure everything is well combined.

Now pour the poha batter into a small uttapam.

* Step 10

Top with a tbsp of prepared toppings and press gently.

Sprinkle chili flakes and pour 1 tsp oil around the uttapam.
