Firstly, heat oil and saute ginger. further add grated cauliflower (gobhi) and saute for 5 minutes. furthermore add all spices and salt. saute well. finally, add coriander leaves and keep aside.

Firstly, pinch a medium sized ball from chapathi dough, roll about 5 inches in diameter. place the prepared stuffing in the center.

* Step 1

Firstly, in a small blender take boiled corn or frozen corn. further blend to coarse paste without adding any water. transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl. also add boiled and mashed potato.

Additionally add onion, capsicum, chilli and ginger paste. furthermore add spices and salt. also add ¼ cup bread crumbs. or crumble fresh bread.

Add in 1 tbsp roasted besan / gram flour and coriander leaves continue adding 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp of boiled corn and crushed black pepper. also add lemon juice. combine everything well to form a dough.

Add in more bread crumbs if there is to much moisture. make sure to have a non sticky dough. further, make bullet shaped kababs greasing hands with oil. deep fry them into hot oil. stir occasionally and fry till the kebabs turn golden brown on medium flame.

Finally, serve corn kebabs with tomato sauce and few slices of onion.

#methiparatha #yummy #cooking a healthy, tasty and flaky paratha stuffed with fresh fenugreek leaves and other spices. it is an ideal flat bread recipe for lunch boxes which is heavily popular with marathi and hindi speaking community in india. this is unique paratha recipe as the leaves are not literally stuffed to the wheat balls and are mixed to the dough. later it is rolled flat like chapathi and roasted similar to any other paratha’s. hence it is also popularly known as methi roti or methi chapathi.

* Step 1

Firstly, in large mixing bowl take wheat flour and chopped methi leaves.

* Step 2

Also add ¼ cup of curd. curd helps to remove the bitterness of methi leaves.

* Step 3

Additionally, add spices and salt to taste.

* Step 4

Furthermore, add 2 tsp of oil and combine well.

* Step 5

Additionally, add some water and knead the dough.

* Step 6

Cover with moist cloth and rest for 30 minutes.

* Step 7

Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.

Also dust with some wheat flour.

Roll to 5 inches using rolling pin.
