* Step 1

Put oil in a kadhai,add chillies, kaju, urad and chana dal. Then add onion and curry leaves.

* Step 2

After 5 mins add water and salt allow it to boil. keep string to avoid lumps.

* Step 3

To get fluffy upma one trick is there. just switch off the gas as you are adding of rawa is completed. Cover it after 2 mins mix properly add ghee.

* Step 1

Wash fish nicely and rub Haldi and salt on it
