* Step 1

Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Heat milk to boil. Add soaked Govindbhog rice and salt. Stir frequently to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Where eighty percent of the rice is cooked in the milk, switch off the flame,allow to cool a bit. Add jaggery/ Nolen Gurh little at a time. Stir well and mix the jaggery with the milk. Roast cashews in ghee.

Allow to boil and cook till thickens of pudding is visible.

Switch off the flame, allow it to cool, garnish with chopped dry fruits and roasted cashews. Keep in the refrigerator and serve, enjoy like ice cream.

* Step 1

Clean and wash rice. Soak for 30 minutes in warm water.

Add 2 cups of water, a pinch salt and take them in a wider vessel. I used rice cooker. When the water boiled, add soaked rice, ghee and milk powder dissolved in warm water.

Cook the rice till 80% is done. Now pour over it the condensed milk. Stir continuously.

When the payesh begin to thicken, switch off the rice cooker. Garnish the delicious, Govindbhog Rice Paresh with cashews and blueberries before serving.

* Step 1

Reduce milk with govindbhog rice on low flame, keep stirring it continuously, during the process.

Then add jaggery, cardamom powder in it and mix it.

* Step 3

Heat a pan, add ghee, and dry fruits, fry for 1 minute then add into the Khiri. Again cook for 5 minutes, then serve hot or chilled with kakara pitha.

Wash and soak the Gobindo Bhog rice for 15 minutes. Mix ghee with rice.

* Step 2

In a pan add milk, bring it to a boil, keep on a low flame and stir the milk. Then add rice and keep stirring.

* Step 3

When the rice gets completely cooked, add Nolen gur and cook for another few minutes till the gur gets completely mixed with rice and milk, lastly add cashew and raisins. Serve.
