#milklove In Odisha, we always make this type of Khiri for any occasion. We use the combination of milk, rice and gud (Jaggery) to prepare this delicious recipe today.

Ingredient

1 litre

milk

1 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Reduce milk with govindbhog rice on low flame, keep stirring it continuously, during the process.

Then add jaggery, cardamom powder in it and mix it.

* Step 3

Heat a pan, add ghee, and dry fruits, fry for 1 minute then add into the Khiri. Again cook for 5 minutes, then serve hot or chilled with kakara pitha.
