fennel seeds

milk

sugar

Ghee to roast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take mashed bananas in a bowl. Mix all flours. Add sugar and salt and fennel seeds.

Mix saffron strands in 2 Tbsp hot milk. Set aside.

Mix nutmeg, sweet mango chutney and milk.

Then add saffron milk to the bowl and mix well. Add a pinch of soda and mix the pancake batter again. Rest the batter for 15 minutes.

Grase the hot pan with ghee. Spread a ladder of pancake batter.

Cover and roast on low to medium flame. Cook all the batter in this way.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel bottle gourd taste a small piece. If it is not bitter use it for making halwa.

Grate bottle gourd.

Squeeze it tightly and remove it's water.

Heat ghee in kadhai fry cashew slices and remove it from ghee.

Add grated bottle gourd in same ghee and stir it for 5-7 minutes. Add condensed milk in it and cook it. Stir in between.

Cook for 25-30 minutes on low flame. When milk fully absorb and ghee releasing from sides add sugar and cardamom powder.

Cook it for more 10 minutes. Add green colour.And fried chicken cashews and in it. Cook it for more 3- 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame. Serve it hot.

full cream milk

1 cup

sugar

1/4 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash rice 2-3 times in running water.

Heat ghee in kadhai or pan and saute rice 3-4 minutes to avoid it's raw flavor.

Keep milk for boiling on low to medium flame. Stir in between.

Soak Safforn strands in milk

Boil milk at least 15-20 minutes.

Cook rice adding salt 80%

Chop onion finely and grate carrot

Soak Saffron strands in milk

Mix ghee and oil together (you can use ghee only) and heat it. Fry cashews and remove it from ghee. Then add caraway seeds, cloves, cinnamon and chopped onion. Fry it.

Add grated carrot and saute it 2-3 minutes,add malai in it mix it and let it cook. Add chilli powder, salt, sugar, garam masala, tomato sauce in it.

Cook it on low flame for 5-8 minutes.

Cut bread in to circle shape and deep fry or roast it golden brown in ghee.

Take 1/2 cup sugar add 1/2 cup water and make a syrup till sugar melts in water only. Add Saffron strands and cardamom powder (optional) in syrup.
