Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a kadhai. Fry the cashews. Put the grated carrot in kadhai and saute. Add the salt first as it will release water from carrot. Salt balances and enhances the taste of any sweet dish. Cook for 4 minutes in medium flame till the carrot is cooked.

* Step 2

Then add sugar and mawa. Saute and cook till sugar and mawa melted and nicely mix with cooked gajar. Cook till the moisture evaporate and the carrot starts thickenings.

Mix cardamom powder and garnish Gajar Burfi with chopped almonds and pista. Thanks

Ingredient

kuttu ata

1 tbsp

oil

as per requirement

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add kuttu ata. Add all the ingredients one by one except oil.

* Step 2

Add water slowly slowly, knead a hard dough, keep aside for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oil, knead it again, keep aside.

* Step 3

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Take small portions of the dough, make balls.

Roll it, make a med sized kachori. Make all the kachoris in the same manner.

Deep fry them in hot oil one at a time until brown.

Take out in a serving dish, have it with vrat ke aloo and curd..

Take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies.

* Step 2

Add mayo, fresh cream, salt & black pepper, mix it well.

Cut the sides of the bread, add stuffing on one slice.

Place the other slice over it, keep aside.

3/4 Cup

2 cups

milk

* Step 1

In pan add ghee. Add carrot. Cook 5-6 minutes. Add milk.

* Step 2

Stir continuesly. Cook till thicken. Add sugar. Cook till the halwa leaves sides. Garnish with dryfruits

#hinglishcomfort Sardiyon me is pulao ka alag hi comfort he. Easy recipe aur gajar matar ki mithas ek alag hi anand deti he. Mere exam time ki favorite dish thi yeh.

Ingredient

paani

jeera

1/2 tsp

haldi powder

* Step 1

Chawal wash kerke 1/2hr soak karen. Ab ek pan/ karahi me 2cups paani, salt, ghee,haldi powder aur chawal dale aur cook karen. Ek boil aane per cover karen aur sim per 12-15minute cook karen. Cover na uthaye aur gas off kerde. Undisturbed rakhe for 15min.

* Step 2

Ek non stick pan me ghee add karen aur med heat per garam karen. Ab jeera dale. Jab crackle kare to dalchini, Hari elaichi,adrak aur pyaj dale aur golden brown tak fry kare.

* Step 3

Ab is me garam masala powder, gajar, matar aur namak add kare aur 5-6 min cook kare ya jab tak gajar soft na ho jaye. Ab cooked chawal add kare or fork ya spatula se mix kare. Garam-garam serve kare.
