* Step 1

Firstly,Prepare powder gram masala of bay leaves,black pepper,cinnamon stick,mace and nutmeg powder,,cloves,cummin,black cardamom,green cardamom.

* Step 2

In a wok add oil then add chicken and add powder masala of bay leaves,black pepper,cinnamon,mace and nutmeg powder,cloves,cummin, black cardamom,green cardamom and add coriander power,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric,salt, and yogurt.

* Step 3

Fry for 5mnts on high flame then cover and cook for five minutes on medium flam.

* Step 4

Then add brown crushed onion and fry 3 to 5 minutes.

* Step 5

Now add water and cover and cook until chicken tender and oil separate….

* Step 6

Now Degi Qorma is ready to serve.

* Step 7

Garnish with green coriander and withJulienne cut ginger slices.

1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 Egg,sugar, refine oil, 1cup milk.

* Step 2

2. whisk well making sure sugar dissolves completely.

* Step 3

3. further, add 240 gram wheat flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp Butter scotch essence,pinch salt.

* Step 4

4. sieve all together making sure there are no lumps.

* Step 5

5. mix well with cut and fold method until all the dry ingredients combine well with the mixture..

* Step 6

6. furthermore, add 6 tbsp truti fruti

* Step 7

7. fold gently making sure the dry fruits are mixed well.

* Step 8

8. Grease the cake tin with butter and sprinkle maida flour and add the better

9. Heat the vessel and place the cake
