Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean, wash and dry the turmeric leaves. Add water to the dal + rice powder with salt and make a thick batter.

Mix all ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.

In each turmeric leaf take some batter at the center. Keep some stuffing. Press both remaining side of leaves one on other and attach with a toothpick.

Steam then in steamer for 10 minutes.

Take bowl put maida,salt,two drops oil mix all together like saft roti doe with the help on water
