1 . Shahi paneer

Ingredient

1/2 inch

fresh dahi

1/3 tsp

haldi powder

1/3 tsp

zeera powder

1/4 tsp

garam masala

2 tbsp

cooking oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take chopped ginger, garlic, tomatoes, onions and kaju and badam in a pressure cooker and fry for 2 minutes with 1 tsp oil on low flame.

* Step 2

Put 1 glass of water and cook for 2 whistle. Let the cooker cool. Make a fine paste of the masala and keep the extra water in cooker for further use.

* Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai. Crush elachi and all sabut garam masala and saute in love heat for min.

* Step 4

Now add haldi and lal mirch powder, it will bring a beautiful colour to the gravy.

* Step 5

Put the masala from the grinder and mix properly with oil. Add dhania and zeera powder and mix well. Now cover the kadai and cook for 2 minutes in low medium flame.

* Step 6

Switch off the flame and let the masala cool and add dahi. Mix well and bring back the kadai and keep on low medium flame.

* Step 7

Cook the mixed dahi and masala continuously. If gravy is thick, make it according to your choice by adding the extra water of masala from cooker. Add salt and malai, cover and cook for 1 min in low medium flame.

* Step 8

Put the paneer and garam masala powder, mix well, cover and cook for 1 min in low medium flame.

* Step 9

Sahi paneer is ready. Garnish with crushed Kasoori methi. Eat with Poori or Parantha and Roti

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind all ingredients except kaju, pista, badam.

Adjusting milk to bring consistency according to your liking.

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan. Add 1 tej pata and sabut garam masala. Fry 2 min in med heat.

* Step 2

Then add chopped garlic and fry till the rawness goes. Add onions and fry till golden brown.

* Step 3

Now bring the masala to one side of the pan and add zeera and let it splutter.

* Step 4

Add a little water and fry. now add dahi, turmeric,salt and fry and add the cut Veggies, soya chunks. Cover and cook till half done.

* Step 5

Add soaked rice and water.Cover and cook till done. Put the grated ginger and mix well. Garnish with mint leaves. Biriyani is ready to serve. Thanks ☺

* Step 1

Dodh ko garam kar lein milk powder add kar k aur thanda hone dein.mukamal thanda nahi karna hai.

* Step 2

Jab dodh itna garam ho k us me finger dalien to wo uski heat bardash kar sakay usko matti k konday me dal lein phir dahi add karen center me.aur halka se mix kar lein.

* Step 3

Ciling wrap se cover kar lein aur microwave ya kisi ki andheray wali jaga rakh dein aur bilkul b na hilaye.

* Step 4

Raat me rakhien morning me perfect dahi ready milega mazay se use karen.

Take a big mixing bowl, add dahi.

In goes honey & ghee. Add milk now.
