Ache se crispy hojayen to kitchen paper towel pe nikal lein aur heat nikalnay dein.phir lunchbox me rakhe aur ketchup ya sauce k sath dein.

Dahi ko phaint lein rmash hua baingan,pyaz,dhanya podina add kar k ache se mix kar lein.

Ab zara se oil me zeera,karri patta,gol lal mirxh,hari mirch ka tarka bana k dahi pe dalien chat masala add karen rserve karen.

Besan me baking soda add kar k pani se thora sa thick ghol lein aur 10 min rest dein.

* Step 2

Phir oil ko garam hone rakhen.besan ko thora da phaint lein phir chotay bhallay bana lein.aur oil se nikal k 10 min rakhien aur phir pani me 10 min k liye dal dein.

* Step 3

Dahi me sugar,salt aur red chilli powder ko dal k milk add karen aur ache se phaint lein.

* Step 4

Ab ek dish me neechay phele boiled channay,boiled aloo,aur jo bhallay banaye the unko pani se nikal k halkay hath se pani nikal leim daba k.

* Step 5

Bhallay set karen thori pyaz tematar k layer dalein.dahi add karen phir chutnies,piyaz tematar,papri,dhanya podina aur chat masala add karen aur mazedar si chaat ko serve karen.

Subse phele ek pan me oil add karen lehsan adrak paste k sath qeema ko bhon lein.

* Step 2

Phir spices,green chillies aur sliced onion add karen aur pani add kar k cook hone tak paka lein.

* Step 3

Qeema cook hojaye to ache se bhoon lein aur thanda hone dein.

* Step 4

Bread k slices ko round shape cut kar lein aur jo corners bach jayen unhe dry kar lein fan k neechay aur crumbs bana k rakh lein.

* Step 5

Ab qeema thanda hojaye to mayonnaise,dhanya podina,oregano,chopped onion aur salt add kar k ache se mix karen filling ready hai.

* Step 6

Ek round bread slice k center me filling rakhen aur corners pe pani laga lein dusra slice uper rakhe aur corners ko press kar k ache se band kar lein.

* Step 7

Oil ko ache se garam kar lein aur golden crispy hone tak fry kar lein.nikal k apni fav sauce k sath enjoy karen.
