* Step 1

Sub veggies ko wash kar lein.podinay pattay alag kar lein aur kuch dandiyan b rehne dein.

Ab blender me sub ingre ko dal ke bilkul zara sa pani add karen aur blend kar lein.

* Step 3

Ache se blend hojaye to ek bottel me dal ke fridge me rakhien aram se ek hafta use karen.

Ab aloo walay mixture ki balls bana lein.phir ek ek ball ko flat kar center me filling rakh ke tikki ki shape dein lein.

Ab pan me oil ko garam karen egg ko beat kar lein.tikki ko egg me cot ke shallow fry kar lein.golden hone pe nikal lein r garam garam serve karen.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Fry aloo pcs until light brown, take out in a dish, keep aside.

Now take a mixing bowl, add dahi & milk, whisk it nicely, add lil more milk if dahi is thick, do not add water.

In goes salt, black salt, zeera powder, black pepper powder, sugar & red chilli powder one by one, whisk it nicely.

Now add fried aloo & anaar dana, mix it well.

Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania patta & anaar dana, sprinkle red chilli flakes.
