* Step 1

Take thick deep bottom vessel. Spread salt in the base put a ring in middle. Close the lid and keep it on low flame for 15 -20 min. Grease the cake tin, place the butter paper grease it and keep a side.

* Step 2

Take a mixing bowl add curd and Powdered sugar. Whisk it till the sugar get dissolve.

Now add oil, vanilla essence. Whisk it and combine it well.

Now take a Siever add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Seive it properly. Whisk it well. And use spatula to mix it with cut and fold method. Batter should be ribbon consistency. Pour it in the cake tin. Tape it for twice and get levelled.

Put the tin in the preheated vessel. Close the lid and bake the cake on Medium flame for 40-45 min. I'm middle after 30 min just check it and let it bake for 10-15 min more.

After 40 min cake is baked completely. Check it with tooth pick. Off the flame and let it cool down completely. Once cake get cool on rack. Take out the cake on rack.

* Step 1

Take a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt.

Alongwith curd, oil. Mix it well add little water. Make sticky dough.

Now knead it for 7-8 min to get smooth soft dough. Add 1/2 tsp oil. Knead it and make ball. Apply oil on dough and put the dough in airtight container. Put this container in warm place for 11/2 hr.

Get all ingredients ready. See the dough get doubled in size. Make the garlic butter. Mix all ingredients together. And get garlic butter.

Pinch the dough get all air released. Get equal two balls. Sprinkle dry flour on flat surface. Place the dough on it.

Roll it. Apply Garlic Butter on whole. On half spread grated cheese, sprinkle Italian seasoning.

Spread some diced capsicum. Close half roti. Seal the sides.

Take greased baking tray. Put the ready half roti on it. Keep a side for 10 min. Meanwhile keep thick bottom pan on low flame no need to add salt. Just place the ring and get preheated. Now make cuts as sticks.

Apply garlic butter, sprinkle. Seasoning, spread cheese. Put the plate in the preheated pan. Close the lid for 20 min.

* Step 1

For Stuffing: Take an pan / kadhai on low flame add oil, cumin seeds. Get crackled add fennel seeds, whole coriander seeds, asafoetida, Turmeric Powder.

Add green chillies ginger Crushed. Saute it. Add boiled grated Potatoes. Mix it all well.

For Wheat Bread Dough: Take normal temperature milk in a cup add lemon juice. Mix it and keep a side for 5 min.

Now take a kneading bowl add flour, sugar, salt.

Mean while do the preparation for baking. Take deep vessel add salt. Place the rack in middle. Put it on low flame for preaching heat. 10-15 min. Grease the bread tin.

After 15 min add oil on flat surface knead it and roll it 1 inches thick.

Check it with bread tin the broadness. Apply stuffing on the dough. Roll it with Ur hand.

Roll it properly, seal it from all sides. Put it in the greased bread tin.

Apply oil on top sprinkle Italian seasoning.

Put the tin in the preheated vessel. Close the bread tin with it's cover.

Close the vessel. Put flame on medium. For 50 min. Check it in middle after 30 min. Close the lid n bake it for 20 more min. Check it with toothpick from the sides as because of stuffing the toothpick comesout sticky from the middle. Off the flame once the bread baked with golden crust on upper side. Let it be in the Baking vessel for 15 -20 min. Take it out after on the rack to get cool with the tin.

Take it out from the tin when it get cool. Cut it and serve with with tea, coffee and also toast it on tava or apply butter.
