* Step 2

METHOD. SAB SY PEHLY cumin seed coriander cloves black pepper mace caraway. Daar cheeni 1stick in sab ko pees lain. Or baqi spices m add karlain.

SAB SAY PEHLAY ONION KO BAREEK SLICE KAR K OIL M GOLDEN BROWN KARAIN or choti elaichi b add karlain.JAB GOLDEN color ajaae tu is m chopped tomatoes add kark thori dair covered kar k cook karain jab tomatoes smashed hojaien or oil oper anay lagay tu is k ander beat hua yogurt chilli paste g.garlic paste chicken.or tamam spices shamil kark bhunnay or pakkany dain

Jab oil oper anaay lagay.or darmiyaani gravy ho tu daam k waqt us m chat masala or tomatoes ring walay lemon or choti g.chillies ko center say cut kar k do his say karlain wo add kar k dam pay rakhdain or after few mints flame off kardain.

* Step 5

Rice k pani ko boil karte waqt us m badiyaan k phool add karain or vinegar add karain issay rice nikhray nikhray hotay hain or color white hotay hain jab ek kani rehjaae tu rice ka pani nikal k side pay rakhdain.

* Step 6

HALF CUP MILK M COLOR ADD KAR K MIX KARAIN *

Phir yakhni or phir rice is tarhan do layers lagaaa k end m aaap rice k oper milk wala mixture phailaa k dalaingy phir bullet g.chillies dalaingy phir thoraa sa ghee or phir daar cheeni elaichi or chat masala ka powder dalaingy.or daaam pay lagadaingy.

I think biryani is the official dish for get together, chahiye Khushi ho k ghum jahn koi get together hai wahn biryani asa item Jo lazmi hai, aur Karachi ki biryani ki tu baat hi alag hai

Ingredient

1 cup

Onion

1 cup

Yogurt

2 tbsp

Shah zeera

8-10

1 tbsp

Kewra water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash rice n soaked for at least 30 minutes

Wash chicken,set aside

Heat oil n fry onion until golden brown, save half n set aside

Then add chicken with ginger garlic paste & fry for couple of minutes

Remove chicken set aside

Meanwhile add all masala (Shah zeera,Red chilli powder,daighi Mirch,Haldi, coriander powder,big cardamom, small green cardamom, black peppercorns, cloves) in yogurt n mix well

Add yogurt & tomatoes in pan n bhonofy it for couple of minutes

Then add bay leaves, badiyan phool & Cinnamon stick with potatoes & splash of water & cover n cook

When potatoes is half done add aloo Bukhara,javantri, nutmeg, gram masala powder, kewra water & mix well

Lastly add prepared chicken, salt with green chilli, fresh coriander & mint leaves

Meanwhile In a separate pan boil rice with 2 tbsp zeera

In a big pan add salan and then put the rice

Sprinkle butter, zarday ka rang, fresh coriander & mint

* Step 1

Heat oil n fry onion until golden brown, save half & set aside

Then add ginger garlic paste in remaining onion n bhonofy for couple of seconds when aroma comes add shah zeera with beef & bhonofy again for 5 mins

After that add Tomatoes, yoghurt, LAL Mirch, Haldi, daighi mirch,dhaniya powder & all whole gram masalas, mix it well & add 2 glass water cover n cook until beef is more than half done

After that add potatoes with grinned Garam Masala, Javantri, nutmeg, alou bhukara, lemon & cook for couple of minutes

Layerings In a big pan add salan and then put the rice. Sprinkle zarday ka rang, remaining fried onions, fresh mint & coriander with desi ghee and Put on dum for 15-20 min Tadda Enjoy ur biryani

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pan may oil dalen us may pyaz dal kar brown karein.thori si brown pyaz alg se nikal kar rakh dein baqi ki pyaz may gg ke.paste add kar ke bhoone per as may chicken add kar ke bhone or pher as may tmam dry masalay bhoone

* Step 2

Cut kiye hoa tomatoes or dahi add krien or chicken ko galne tak cook karein pher aaloo bukhare dalen. Or jyfal jawitri bi shamil kar dein.chicken gal jaye oil nikal jaye to flame band krden

* Step 3

Rice ko adha ghanta bhegho dein.ab ak alag pateeli may pani ko boil karein (2....3 jug pani) pani may salt garam masala sabit.lemon juice add karein.pher is may rice add karein jab aik kanni reh jaye to chawal ko chan lein.

* Step 4

Food colour bi chawal per sprinkle kar de.isi tarha layer lagaty jayen Biryani ko 15...20 mint tak dum per rakhden.mazedar biryani ready

* Step 5

Ab pateeli may oil 4...5tbsp add kar ke is per boil chawal ki layer lagain us ke upar chicken qorma ki layer lagain is ke upar podina ki pattian.fried pyaz or tomatoes cut kar ke rakhe pher is per chawal ki layer lagain
