Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1. In potatoes, mix 2 tsp mustard oil, turmeric and red chilli. Marinate and refrigerate for 15 min minimum

Now shallow fry these potatoes in very less mustard oil and keep aside

3. Use residual oil for cooking

4. Add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and asafoetida. Stir

* Step 5

Now add turmeric and red chilli. Stir.

Now add tomatoes, kitchen king, salt and coriander powder. Saute.

When tomato is cooked, add chaat masala, dry mango powder aand roasted cumin powder. Stir.

* Step 8

Add mint and fenugreek leaves. Saute for 2 minutes by covering.

* Step 9

Now add potatoes. Mix everything nicely and serve hot.

* Step 1

Firstly peel off the onions.make a cross cut as shown in picture.keep these onions in leftover better of fritters for 15 minutes.

Now wok oil in a wok.add onions.cook it till golden brown.switch off the gas.

After That heat oil in a pressure cooker.add mustard seeds.splutter it.now add degi mirch and tomato puree.cook it 3-4 minutes on medium flame

Now add all dry ingredients,salt and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.after that add onions in it.and pressure cook for one whistle.now your sabji is ready.

* Step 1

Firstly in a pressure cooker add 1/2 tsp salt,some water and jackfruit.presssure cook for 1-2 whistles.Cool it,peel off seeds and clean it.

Grind onion and tomato.Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the jackfruit on medium flame.

After that in same wok heat 6-7 tbsp oil,add bay leaf,cumin seeds, asafoetida and cardamom powder.Splutter cumin seeds then add Ginger garlic paste and mix it.

Now add onion paste and cook it on high flame for 4-5 minutes.after that cook it on medium flame until the colour becomes golden brown.

After that add tomato and mix it.cook it for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.

Now add all dry ingredients and mix it.Cook it for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.after that add fried jackfruit in it.Mix it very well.

Then add 11/2 cup water in it,mix it very well.Now cover it with lid and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.Now vegetable is ready.
