By using the ingredients of dough make a soft and smooth dough. And leave it for 1 hour.

Now make it's stuffing with the help of it's ingredients. Get it completely cool.

Now knead your dough again.

Assalamualaikum today's recipe is traditional Koftas Gravy. That's a basic and traditional way to cook Koftas which I am going to share with you. I hope you would like it.

Ingredient

1/2 kg

Beef mince

2 cups

Yogurt

1 stick

Cinnamon

Cloves

5-6

1/2 tesp

Black pepper

1/2 bunch

Fresh coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Follow the method for meat balls.

Add all ingredients in mince and mix. Make Koftas of medium size.

Follow the method for gravy. first heat oil then add whole spices and ginger garlic paste then powder spices also add some water and stir continuously.

Saute well and make a fabulous paste of fried onion and yogurt.

Now add Koftas in gravy fry, and add white paste again saute. Tilt your pot with any napkin.

Don't cover it. Keep cooking. After 10 minutes add some coriander and onion paste and little bit water and stir and then cover for 15 minutes.

Bread pakora is a tea time snack and it's also known as street food. We can take them in lunch or iftar

cumin seeds

2 pinches

pepper

2-3 tbsp

* Step 1

First of all heat oil add cumin seeds, green chillies and half onion, saute well. Now add mashed potatoes,fry well and then add all ingredients or seasonings, cook completely and then put it out from pan and get it cool completely.

Add 1 cup Gram flour, 1/2 tesp salt, 1 tesp baking powder, yellow food color 2 pinches to make batter

Now take some bread slices and spread your filling on it and place cucumber slices on it and place another slice on top and cut in half.

Now heat oil and dip bread pakoras one by one in batter and then drop into the oil. Fry on slow heat until crispy.

#Makeandremake It's one of my personal favourite recipes and my family's favourite too.It's a main course dish you can enjoy it with paratha naan or poori.Flavour of poppy seeds, aroma of spices and smoke of cahrcoal make this chicken boti scrumptious and lipsmacking.

1/2 cup

* Step 1

Marinate chicken with raw papaya, Ginger garlic, Salt, Chili powder, Poppy seeds roasted and grinded, salt, turmeric powder, Roasted gram flour, cumin, mix spices, yoghurt and brown onions for 2 hours in fridge.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan add marinated chicken cover and cook until done.

* Step 3

Lastly give dum of coal, serve garnished with onion rings, lemon wedges and green chilies.
