* Step 1

Firstly Wash the moong dal 2-3 times and soaked about 10 minutes. Now-wash the palak leaves keep aside. Then add soaked moong dal along with 3/4 cup water and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder into the pressure cooker then close the lid and cook it for make 3 whistle.

After 5 minutes open the pressure cooker now add palak leaves, chopped small onion, cumin powder, 1 cup water and salt. Close the lid and cook it for make 4 whistle. Turn off the flame.

For tempering: Heat oil, ghee in a pan and add 1 tsp mustard urad dal mix sauté few minutes. Then add chopped onion, dry red chilli sauté until the onion turn golden color. Now pour the moong dal palak leaves mix and cook it few minutes.

* Step 1

Wash and soak Peanuts for 4-5 hours. Firstly take a pressure cooker to add to soaked peanuts with 11/2 cup of water pressure cook for 3 whistles then turn off the flame.

Now tempering: heat a pan with oil add mustard urad dal seed then add dry red chili, and curry leaves sauté a few minutes. Now pour the boiled peanut and mix well.

Then add carrot, mango, coconut, and salt and mix it well. Then turn off the flame.

Mini idli : Grease the mini idli plate with oil and fill the idli plate with plain batter and steam it for 7 to 10 minutes.

Carefully take out this idli from the sides and serve it with chutney or sambar and enjoy.

For sambar: Rinse the toor dal 2to 3times in water. Then add into the pressure cooker along with turmeric powder and water. Close the lid and cook for 6-7 whistle or till the dal are cooked soft.

When the dal is cooking, soak tamarind in water. cut all the vegetables set aside.

When the dal is softened well, mash dal. Then add onion, garlic, tomato, coriander leaves, and sambar powder, salt, and water mix it well. Then pressure cooks it for 3 whistle medium flame. Turn off the flame. After 5 minutes open the lid Then add tamarind pulp to the sambar and add more water and stir it well.

Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds when the crackle, dry chilli, and it appears until golden brown then add curry leaf cook for a few seconds finally add asafoetida mix well. pour the tadka over the cooked dal mix it well.

Now pour the sambar on mini idli and add 1 tsp ghee serve it hot and enjoy.

Chop veggies as mentioned. In cooking pan add all veggies,salt, turmeric powder and water. Mix and cover with lid filled with water. Cook for 8-10 minutes till veggies are tender.
