Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash & soak dal

In a pan heat oil add cumin & mustard seed with curry leaves sauté for couple of seconds

* Step 3

Add garlic and onion when it’s translucent add lentils.

* Step 4

Add seasoning (haldi,crushed chilli flakes) with water cover and cook for at least half an hour on medium to low heat till lentil fully cooked and mashed (if needed add water)

* Step 5

If you like lil sour taste add imli paste with salt Check consistency if required add water

* Step 6

Tadda Before serving garnish with or you may serve along with chopped (tomatoes, onion, green chillies, fresh coriander)

* Step 7

Note: you may use chicken powder or chicken cube in it. Or you can use vegetable stock instead of water.

* Step 1

Firstly add all veggies in a big bowl, add add all the seasoning except mix herbs, mix it well n set a side.

Take bread slices remove sides & roll it with rolling pin. Sprinkle some water splashes on it.

Take a bread on your palm, add some chicken, veggies mixture with cheese on it. Sprinkle a pinch of mix herb, grabbed tightly and made a roughly ball or oval shaped pockets.(If needed sealed it sides with water)

Dip in egg n coat with bread crumbs.

* Step 5

Heat oil, Shallow fry on low to medium heat, (or you can air-fry too)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil, fry onion until golden brown

* Step 2

Add mutton with ginger garlic, bhonofy until mutton colour change

* Step 3

Add 1-2 glass of water with all whole spices, cover & cooked until meat half done

* Step 4

Add tomatoes with remaining seasoning, cover & cooked for couple of minutes.

* Step 5

Bhonofy until oil separates.

* Step 6

Add kasuri meethi, mix it well, cover & put on dam for a minute.

* Step 7

Before serving squeeze lemon juice. Garnish with green chilli, julienne ginger, fresh coriander & mint leaves

* Step 1

Heat oil in a big pan, fry onion until golden brown

Save some for later use

Add potatoes with a splash of water cover and cook until half done

Soak rice for minimum 15 minutes

Add meat garvy in potatoes, mix it well

Keep cooking on high heat until bubbles come and less or no water left

Put on dam on low flame aprox 10- 15 minutes

Lastly add fried onion before serving
