* Step 1

Take a pan add butter in it,let it hot.

* Step 2

Add cumin seeds,cracle it add green chilli,saute it.

* Step 3

Add all veggies,stir it in the high flame.

* Step 4

Add all spices,onion,paneer stir it.

* Step 5

Now remove it from the flame,add cheese & mix all things very well.

* Step 6

Keep it a sight.

* Step 7

Now take hot dogs,cut it in the mid.

Spread mayonies both of sides.

Fill it with prepared mixture.

Spread some butter upper sides.

Now keep it in the oven at 200 temperature for 8 mins.

Heat the pan put 1 Tsp oil,let it hot.

* Step 2

Add cumin seeds cracle it.add ginger,chilli saute it.

* Step 3

Add onion transulent it.

* Step 4

Add mashed potatoes.

* Step 5

Add All spices mix it well.

* Step 6

Roast it 2 miniutes.

* Step 7

Add Green coriander.

* Step 8

Remove it from the flame.let it cool.

* Step 9

Now slit the green chillies.deseed it.

* Step 10

Sprinkle lime juice insight.

Now fill it with prepared mixture.

Make a slurry with water & besan.add salt,red chilli, Caraway in it.

* Step 1

In a bowl mash the potatoes with the help of strainer.so that lumps will not appear.

* Step 2

Keep it a side for 20 mimiutes in the normal place.

* Step 3

Now add maida,salt, & egg.mix it very well.if needed add some water & knead it very well.

* Step 4

Now take the dough,roll it.

* Step 5

Cut small pieces,& press it with the help of fork.make all Gnocchi peices like this.

* Step 6

Boil the water put salt,& 1 tsp oil in it.add all. In it.

* Step 7

Boil it 2 miniutes,all Gnocchi will float this time.

* Step 8

Strain the water. Keep it a side.

* Step 9

In another hot pan add butter,let it hot,put Garlic saute it.

* Step 10

Add black pepper,boiled tomato pure,stir it.add sugar salt, veniger, cornflower, origeno,let it boil 2 miniutes.

In a serving plate put Gnocchi,pour sauce in it.sprinkle origeno in it.

Serve it hot - hot.

* Step 2

Mix it & rub it 5 miniutes.add water knead it tightly.keep it a side for 15 miniutes.

* Step 3

In a heat pan put some oil now add onion,ginger.put all whole spices roast it in slow flame.

* Step 4

Add gram flour roasted it in slow flame.

* Step 5

Now add all things.crush whole spices little.

* Step 6

Fry it till golden.

* Step 7

Now remove it from the flame.let it be cool.

* Step 8

Make small balls From the dough

* Step 9

Roll it out thin.cut it in the central.

* Step 10

Fill the mixture in it.shape it like the samosa.

* Step 11

Fry it in slow flame till golden.

* Step 12

Serve it hot_ hot with green chuteny,or sauce.

* Step 13

It's taste like a jodhpuri kachori, really amazing. Please taste it.
