Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut flower, potato into pieces. Crush garlic

In pan add oil, rai, garlic

Add flower, haldi, mirchi garam masala powder, salt.

Cook till done.Add curd, Cook 2-3 minutes

* Step 1

Chavli soak in water for 2-3 hours. Drain water. To get, sprouts tie in muslin cloth for 10-12 hours

Chop onions, garlic

In pan add oil, rai, hing. Add garlic, onions. Add chavli, haldi, mirchi powder, salt &some water.

Cook till done. Add sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Give cut on top & keep whole baingan. Cut potato into pieces.

Chop onions. In pan add oil, onions garic, ginger,Saute 5-6 minutes.then grind

In pan add oil, rai. Add ground masala, baingan, potato, haldi, mirchi powder, salt & some water

After 5 minutes add tomato, dhania powder, sabji masala. Cook till done. Add peanut, sesame powder

* Step 1

Peel tinde, potato,& cut into pieces

Cut onions into pieces.Saute onions, ginger garlic, jeera,khuskhus & grated khopra in 1 t.sp. oil then grind it

In pan add oil, rai. Add tinde, ground masala, haldi, mirchi powder, salt, kitchen king masala, dhania powder

Cook till done.Add tamarind pulp, jaggery.Cook 2-3 minutes.

Arrange all ingredients

In pan add oil. Add paneer.Saute 4-5 minutes,

Remove from pan. In same oil add jeera then chopped onion. Cook till brown

Add ginger, garlic. Add carrot, simla mirchi. Saute 5 minutes
